Dubbo Junior Tri-Star Series Races

Following a members survey the two main barriers  identified  for participation were a fear of swimming in the river, and a fear of sharing the road with traffic. Thus it was decided to restart the Junior Tri-Star Series  and host events that are in a pool and have a bike leg fully off road in a safe and family friendly environment,  Held at the Dubbo Aquatic Leisure Centre and Victoria Park.

Description – Open to all children aged 4 – 16yrs, and adults can do the beginner adult Aquathon as a starting point for future full scale club races.

The Dubbo Junior Tri’s are the ideal start for kids in triathlon. The events focus on fun, participation and personal achievement, and are held on closed roads and under full marshall conditions to ensure the safety of all children.
